Primary & secondary schools
Primary & secondary schools: help shape what comes next
PupilDB already handles pupil records, timetables, registers and staff checks. Mainstream schools also need statutory returns and more. Here’s where we are, honestly.
Sound familiar?
The problems we hear most
-
MIS costs keep rising
Per-pupil pricing adds up quickly, and contracts are long.
-
Too complex for the office
Powerful systems often need specialist training just to do the basics.
-
Switching feels risky
Nobody wants to move systems and discover something essential is missing.

- Planned Assessment and behaviour tracking
- Planned Common Transfer Files (CTF)
Questions
Common questions
Should a mainstream school switch to PupilDB today?
Probably not as your only system yet, because statutory returns aren’t built. If you’d like a simpler MIS, register your interest: the more schools tell us what they need, the sooner we build it.
