PupilDB is used today by UK education providers. We’re expanding into Europe and the USA, and we’d like to hear from schools and providers who are interested.
Europe
PupilDB is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU, in Ireland, so your data stays in the EU. The product uses UK English and UK school terms as standard.
United States
US schools have their own terms, year structure and student-privacy requirements. We’re gathering interest before we build for them, so tell us what you need.
PupilDB in your language
Multilingual support is available on request. We can set up the screens your staff use in Welsh or another language as part of getting you started, and pupil names are stored correctly in any alphabet, accents included. Tell us which languages you need and we’ll agree the details with you.
When you get in touch, choose your country on the form and tell us about your setting. The countries people ask about most will be the ones we support first.

Where is our data stored?
PupilDB is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU, in Ireland. The UK recognises the EU as providing adequate data protection, so no extra transfer paperwork is needed under UK GDPR.
Is PupilDB available in Welsh or other languages?
Yes, on request. PupilDB runs in UK English as standard, and we can set up the screens your staff use in Welsh or another language as part of getting you started. Tell us which languages you need when you book a demo and we’ll agree the details with you. Pupil names are stored correctly in any alphabet, accents included.
