Questions
Reports: common questions
Can we export reports?
Many reports export to CSV, including the student update, behaviour by pupil, use of force, the accident log and the invoicing figures. The commissioner summary and safeguarding summary have printable copies you can print or save as PDF from your browser. Export from every report is on our roadmap.
Can we build our own reports?
Not yet. PupilDB includes ready-made reports that cover what most settings are asked for. A build-your-own report tool is on our roadmap.
Can governors see safeguarding figures without names?
Yes. The safeguarding summary gives anonymised figures by category, month, status and risk, plus referrals and early help, with a printable copy for the governors’ pack. Only your DSL and deputies can open it, and they decide what to share.
Can we check that emails were delivered?
Yes. The email log shows every email PupilDB sent, such as register reminders, and whether it was delivered.
