Pupil records: common questions
Can we search and filter our pupil list?
Yes. Search by keyword and filter by year group, local authority and programme. Columns can be sorted, and archived pupils are kept out of the way until you need them.
Do archived pupils count towards our price?
No. Your price band is based on active pupils on roll. Archived pupils are free to keep, so you never have to delete history to save money.
Who can see medical and welfare details?
Administrators manage pupil records. Teachers can open a pupil’s quick view from the timetable, so staff working with a child can see the information that keeps them safe.
